3on3 League Structure:
1) 30 minutes of game concepts which include:
- Offense - Spacing, ball movement, teamwork and more!
- Defense - Body positioning, communication, rotations, and more!
2) 1 hour of gameplay
- Competitive 3on3 games

3on3 league allows for a more competitive environment, allowing athletes to gain more in-game playing experience by getting more touches with the ball through better spacing and movement, which will help accelerate athletes' skill and confidence as they return to play in a 5on5 setting in their school and rep seasons.
Does my child have to register with friends to form a team?
Athletes have a few registration options. Athletes can register either as a team or individually.
If athletes register individually, they will be placed on a team.
How will teams be made?
Each team will consist of 5 athletes, allowing plenty of playing time while ensuring enough athletes are present each week.
