Where Girls Grow Strong: Inside the Elite Camps Girls-Only Basketball Camp
Where Girls Grow Strong: Inside the Elite Camps Girls-Only Basketball Camp. Hi, I’m Stephanie Rudnick, a mom, female entrepreneur, and proud champion of girls in sports. I know firsthand how powerful it is when a young girl steps onto a court, discovers her strength, and realizes she belongs.
At Elite Camps, we’ve created a place where that magic happens daily: our Girls-Only Camp. If you’re a parent who wants to see your daughter gain confidence, sharpen her basketball skills, and build friendships that lift her, you’re in the right place.
More Than Basketball: A Place to Build Confidence and Community
At Elite Camps, sports have the power to change lives. We know that girls thrive when they have a space built just for them that celebrates their strength, spirit, and incredible potential.
Our Girls-Only Camp isn’t just about dribbling and shooting (although there’s plenty of that, too). It’s about creating an environment where young female athletes are supported, seen, and encouraged to dream bigger than they ever thought possible.
From the moment campers walk into the gym, they’re surrounded by strong, inspiring coaches and a community of teammates ready to lift each other higher.
Expert Coaching with Girls in Mind
Our Girls-Only Camp is powered by coaches who know the game and what it’s like to be a female athlete. Our coaching team blends technical skill instruction with mentorship, showing girls that hard work, teamwork, and self-belief can take them anywhere they want to go.
Each session is packed with:
- Fundamentals like shooting, ball-handling, and defence
- Game strategies and teamwork
- Lessons on mental toughness and resilience
Whether your daughter is new to basketball or aiming to make her school or rep team, we meet her where she’s at—and help her level up.
Building Leaders, Not Just Players
Basketball teaches so much more than how to score points—it teaches how to lead, bounce back after setbacks, and believe in yourself when it’s hard.
At Girls-Only Camp, we intentionally build leadership and confidence into every day. Campers set personal goals, cheer each other on, and learn to lead on and off the court.
Our coaches don’t just focus on wins—they focus on growth. We want every girl leaving camp standing a little taller, believing a little bigger, and knowing she has a powerful voice to use in her life.
A Name Families Trust
For over 25 years, Elite Camps has been trusted by families across the Greater Toronto Area to deliver more than just a basketball program. We provide a full experience: high-quality instruction, a safe and supportive environment, and life lessons long after the camp ends.
Our Girls-Only Camp represents everything we believe in: hard work, respect, teamwork, resilience, and joy. It’s a space where your daughter will be challenged to grow and celebrated for who she is.
Ready to See Her Shine?
If you’re searching for a basketball summer camp in Toronto where your daughter will be coached, mentored, encouraged, and empowered, Elite Camps Girls-Only Camp is ready to welcome her.
Here, girls aren’t just athletes—they’re leaders. They’re teammates. They’re trailblazers. Join us this summer, and watch your daughter grow stronger in every way. Basketball is just the beginning.
